岗位职责

通过个人与团队努力,负责指定区域空压机售后服务产品的销售与推广,并达成销售目标,提高市场份额,保证公司合理的利润;按照销售过程管理要求,有效开展销售工作,包括基于机台数的跟进拜访、商机跟进、报价、签单、应收账款管理;根据销售业务核心关注点,重点开发新开机设备的售后业务、保养合约的续签、丢失客户的跟进、售后节能业务的开发等;分析客户目前和潜在的需求,与内部相关合作团队密切沟通,如整机销售部、售后服务部,以提供完整的、一站式的空压机售后服务解决方案;提供及时有效的市场信息,与市场部团队紧密合作,以助于市场部开发更贴合市场的产品以及业务模式;积极主动地学习和应用公司的产品知识、销售系统工具;严格遵守公司的《商业行为准则》。

岗位要求

本科及以上学历,热能与动力工程、过程装备与控制、机械类专业优先考虑;两年及以上工业产品行业经验;较强的沟通技巧和团队协作能力英语听说读写能力,熟练掌握Microsoft office软件;能够适应经常出差
