CTS Business Development Manager - AIRnet空气管道

Your Role

Mission

The Compressor Technique Service division of China customer center is looking for an AIRnet Business Development Manager.
AIRnet is an important part of the CTS portfolio, allowing us to provide complete facility energy optimization solution for our customers, to fulfil our mission of providing customers with the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the Optimization BDM CTS.

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for the results of AIRnet in terms of NIS and consolidated gross profit in local customer center.
- Develop a clear business development vision for AIRnet product portfolio in China for both direct and indirect sales channel.
- Work in conjunction with the local Optimization team as well as CTS division to implement a structured go to market strategy of AIRnet products and update the strategy efficiently and effectively.
- Follow in detail all competitive moves and continuously benchmark the competition performance against Atlas Copco.
- Follow up market trends and governmental incentives that could boost the AIRnet sales.
- Construct a comprehensive but achievable action plans, including potential clarification, product differentiation, benefit analysis, local pricing and logistic flows for Chinese market.
- Construct process related actions, including sales approach, best practice template covering organization development, lead generation, quotation management, commission schemes, etc.
- Make sure that our Sales organization pro-actively sells our AIRnet and visit our regional teams to follow-up and support them in their business development.
- Support the regional direct & indirect sales teams with the correct training material and support tools to improve Optimization knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.
- Ensure that all local business portal information as well as AIRnet trainings are always up-to-date and state-of-art.
- Collect and interpret information on customer’s present and future needs and feed this information into “Master Specifications” for new product development of CTS division.

To Succeed, You will Need:

The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering degree plus several years of relevant sales and marketing experience.Good command of English is required.Sales management and/or Marketing experience in either Service or prime equipment.Strong technical background is a must, preferably professional in CAD and project management.Experience in managing a team is considered a plus.Experience in project management.Result oriented with a self-motivating personality.Persuasive communication skills.Strong leadership skills, able to work in a team at all levels.Pragmatic in your day-to-day approach.A very creative thinker, not just technically but also commercially.Willingness to travel on regular basis.

Working Location: Shanghai/Guangzhou (East or South China)
