Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a robotics company or a related high-tech industry. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related field. Strong technical background with expertise in robotics systems design, automation, and hardware-software integration. Demonstrated success in building and managing engineering teams in a startup environment. Experience with AI, machine learning, computer vision, or control systems is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
