CTI Clinical Team Leader Location: Middletown, NY, United StatesDate Posted: Mar 28, 2025 Share: share to e-mail Apply Now Save JobSaved Description Location: Middletown, NY Hours: M-F 930 am to 6 pm Rate of Pay: $87,500 OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES : The CTI team lead is responsible for the day to day functioning of the CTI team including supervision of all team members, conducts team meetings, and manages relationships with hospitals in Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam Counties. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS : + Supervision : Provides direct supervision including clinical supervision to the clinician, 4 care managers, and RN. + Conducts Meetings : Conducts regular team meetings including huddles and case presentations. + Manages Relationships with Hospitals : Meets regularly with hospitals with which we have MOUs to ensure work is running smoothly. + Reviews referrals and manages caseloads: Reviews appropriateness of referrals, assigns cases, ensures that all caseloads are appropriate as per program guidance including monitoring what phase each participant is in. + Ensures appropriate documentation : Trains the team on and reviews documentation in Netsmart as well as any OMH platforms. + Resource Connection : Regularly updates the list of resources to ensure appropriate referrals. + Coverage : Covers caseloads as needed. Provides backup to team members who are on-call + CTI trainer : Trains team or other agency staff in CTI model, ensures fidelity to the model. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: Additional assignments for incident review management, corporate compliance or safety committee may be required. QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES : This role requires compassion, strong supervision skills, and the ability to work multitask + Able to clearly convey information, actively listen, and engage in meaningful dialogue with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. This includes verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills that ensure understanding, collaboration, and positive outcomes. + Possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as, organizational and planning skills + Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team + Possess sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics + Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize duties and responsibilities efficiently + Ability to work independently + Must maintain current license/certification/training + Possess a valid driver’s license, work eligibility status and have an excellent driving record + Familiarity with OPWDD and OMH systems and eligibility requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : + LCSW, LMHC, LMFT in good standing + At least 3 years of post-licensure experience working with individuals who have mental health concerns.
