CTCS Relationship Manager 3
Description Summary: The CTCS Relationship Manager 3 is the top end level for this position. Sales and relationship management are the primary responsibilities. Daily trust accounting system processing and approvals/rejections are a secondary responsibility of this position. Additional responsibilities can be assigned as needed. Duties & Responsibilities: + Conduct OCR processes to prospects and current book of business clients through profiling to uncover additional opportunities. External calling plans and client visits are necessary. + Administratively manage a book of business for mostly complex and/or high-profile clients. Daily requirements include money movements, trading, and other customer service responsibilities. + Provide trust accounting system approvals/rejections to other Relationships Managers, Client Service Managers, or Client Service Specialists. + Assist in various projects or leadership teams as assigned by management. + Other duties as assigned.
