Job Description

Requirements: 

ARRT Registered Rad Technologist Current Radiologic Tech Certification from the State of FloridaARRT registry in CT, MRI, and/or Cardiovascular preferred. Current BLS from the AHA or ARC1-3 years of experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities: 

Assists in planning, organizing, staffing and evaluation in all areas of Radiology.

Leads in areas of responsibility within the rules and regulations of State and Federal agencies. 

Shares responsibility for the development, interpretation, application and implementation of departmental policies, budget and strategic plans. 

Achieves departmental/ organizational objectives and improvement opportunities by providing quality diagnostic services.

Oversees and adheres to Federal, State and JCAHO regulations. Maintain equipment servicing, staff licensing, and competencies.

Assists the radiologists with reports as needed. Maintains staff scheduling for services offered per department procedures.
