Job Overview
Air Systems Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Inside Mechanical Sales to join our Sacramento Service team.
The CSR/Service Inside Sales position supports the Mechanical Service group in reviewing and preparing customer Service Orders so they can be submitted for billing. Also, provides oversight to confirm billings are happening in a timely fashion including making corrections to the Service Order that could cause billing delays. The first part of every day is reviewing key customer Service Orders and preparing them for billing.
The Inside Sales role entails proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of HVAC units. The Inside Sales role also includes processing customer approvals, communicating with vendors and drivers to procure materials and parts for quoted jobs, and coordinating quoted work through Dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Daily review and preparation of key customer service orders to prepare for billing. Tracking and follow-up of customer billings to ensure they are billed timely. Participate in call with the billing department, as necessary. Prepare and process proposals to customers for repair work. Communicates with field personnel to verify scope and materials. Communicates with vendors to identify parts and materials. Tracks outstanding proposals, including customer follow-up. Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system. Orders and tracks quoted work materials. Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes to ensure work is completed within customer expectations. Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals.Qualifications

Competitive Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year based on experience.
