Growth ambitions is based on increasing penetration of households with our power brands and successfully leading market making job within Cooking Aids and Minimeals vertical, with Knorr out of the cupboard, into Polish dishes, while accelerating growth and establishing sustainable and competitive position in condiments vertical.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead NRM processes (all 5 levers) for total Foods.Lead Catman agenda bringing Strategy and Insights into Catman agenda.Closely oversees trends in Foods markets and takes a strategic lead to ensure that Unilever can outperform competitors.Tracking total category/channel business performance and TMI efficiencies – propose and implement corrective actions.Actively participate in IBP process bringing NRM and Catman expertise.Lead Trade Stories and land Catman agenda in key customers.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
University degree.A minimum of 4 years of working experience in NRM, Catman or CBD/CSP roles in FMCG,Fluent in both English and Polish.Strong interest in Foods categoryProven Leadership skills: leads the team to the goals, keeps team motivation high, puts time & energy into team members professional development.
