CS Technical Support Engineer
Introduction to the job

South cluster IMS technical support engineer, support south cluster 1st line engineers daily issue troubleshooting and support customer machine maintenance.

Role and responsibilities

1. Competency Coverage

oGrowing  knowledge and skills on primary technical competency including department WoWoFocus on gaining escalation handling skills within primary competency

2. Technical Solution Capability

oFocus is on gaining technical knowledge and solving problems of "today". oBecoming familiar with relative structural issues resolution process(es).

3. Integrated System Understanding

oUnderstands the function of the primary competency/subsystem in the entire systemoUnderstands the relationships found in  KPIs relative to the primary competency

4. Assessment of scope and business impact

oBasic understanding of competency relation to elements of the SLA: availability/uptime, MTBI, throughput/productivity, and yield

5. Impact on Technical Design

oBasic understanding of pros and cons of different platform designs for primary competencyoCan apply pre-existing workarounds

Education and experience

Bachelor or master

Skills

Semi-conductor equipment related troubleshooting&problems solving experience and skill.

Work experience>3years
