oFocus is on gaining technical knowledge and solving problems of "today". oBecoming familiar with relative structural issues resolution process(es).3. Integrated System Understanding
oUnderstands the function of the primary competency/subsystem in the entire systemoUnderstands the relationships found in KPIs relative to the primary competency4. Assessment of scope and business impact
oBasic understanding of competency relation to elements of the SLA: availability/uptime, MTBI, throughput/productivity, and yield5. Impact on Technical Design
oBasic understanding of pros and cons of different platform designs for primary competencyoCan apply pre-existing workaroundsEducation and experienceBachelor or master
