Job Description Faststream are recruiting Cruise Entertainment Staff for a Global Cruise Giant!
As a member of the Cruise Staff, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging experience for guests by hosting and facilitating a variety of entertainment activities, social events, and games, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout the voyage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead entertainment activities such as trivia, dance classes, karaoke, theme nights, and sports tournaments. Host and co-host live events, games, and shows for passengers of all ages. Engage with guests to promote participation in onboard programs and activities. Assist in coordinating shore excursions and embarkation/disembarkation processes. Act as an ambassador for the cruise line, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Work closely with the Cruise Director and Entertainment team to ensure smooth execution of scheduled events. Conduct safety briefings and participate in emergency drills as required. Ensure compliance with all company policies and maritime safety regulations. Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout long work shifts. Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in hospitality/entertainment or cruise vessel. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse groups of guests and encourage participation. Proficiency in an additional European Language is very advantageous. Team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and move equipment as needed. On offer:
29 week on / 8 week off rotation
