Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our Cross-markets team works with personal and commercial lines insurance carriers to provide tools and solutions available to help them better understand the market and manage risk.
 

About the Role
The Cross Markets Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue through the sale of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new customers.
 

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and closing sales.Evaluate existing relationships and identify if there are any growth opportunities within selected solution set.Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.Act as liaison between sales support and our customers to provide excellent service and solutions.Provide best in class customer care to every customer.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.Demonstrate a clear understanding of select Insurance products and solutions to effectively present them to customers and articulate the value.


Requirements

Have Bachelor's or equivalent experience.1+ years direct sales or account management experience.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Have Personal Lines, Commercial Lines or Claims Insurance experience (Sales, Claims and Underwriting).Possess exceptional sales, relationship development and customer services skills.Have a growth mindset, demonstrate the ability to manage change and embrace a culture of continuous learning.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $70,000-80,000 USD
