Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a strong ability to understand, analyze, and map complex business processes to deliver innovative solutions that transform operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. This role involves leading and mentoring team members by sharing expertise, promoting knowledge exchange, and guiding the team through large-scale project execution while maintaining high standards for documentation and solution design.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and architect complex Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
* Create, review, and maintain complete Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
* Develop detailed solution architecture documents, including technical specifications, integration patterns, and data models.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Train and support team members to develop their skills while collaborating on large-scale projects.
* Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices within the team.
* Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements and optimize performance.
* Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
* Stay informed about updates to the Microsoft Dynamics platform and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
* Proven experience in writing and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
* Demonstrated history of supporting and mentoring technical teams in delivering large-scale projects.
* Proven experience in successfully executing enterprise-level Dynamics CRM projects.
* In-depth understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM security models and data architecture.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture patterns.
* Expertise in integration models and technologies (REST, SOAP, OAuth, etc.).
