CRM Plan Associate

The CRM/Plan Associate works with the CRM/Plan Administrator to help with support, maintenance and functioning of our internal CRM database. This role will also assist the CRM Plan Administrator with the carrier plan builds in our internal plan systems within HPONE. This role will also partner with QA to ensure that plans are properly displayed within the systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Acts as an associate to the administrator of the CRM database, including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields and reportsAssist in analyzing and document issues within the CRM and provide updates to usersAssist in uploading Excel templates within the CRMAssist in compiling all new plans (first looks) that come in from the carriers and partner with the carrier relation team to obtain any first look HPONE did not receive automaticallyAssist in building appropriate templates for each new individual carrier plan and work with HPONE’s Tech team to ensure that templates are properly loaded into internal systemsValidate and initial QA plan data information from plan providerAttend and participate in HPONE Tech releases that pertain to CRM changes and carrier plan changes. Perform UAT acceptance for these items in releasePartner with the Tech QA team on regular QA projects with regards to carrier plans properly showing within HPONE’s systems. Corrections needed that are identified are communicated to CRM/Plan Administration for template updatingAssist in managing the Quote Tool Email which includes monitoring/trouble shooting issues that come through from agents with regards to carrier plan issues and access issues within the Quote ToolBe present in Quote Tool Teams Chat to help identify possible issues or provide education/direction to sales supervisors on quick issue resolution for agents with plan issuesAct as a backup in monitoring RTE enrollments and trouble shoot enrollment issues within systemAct as a backup in carrier reconciliation/follow up processPerforms other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalentOne year Medicare Insurance carrier experience preferredAdvanced Excel experience including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulasCapable of navigating data bases, CRM systemsStrong attention to detail, highly organizedAbility to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be self-directed and able to work well independently as well as part of a teamStrong time management and organization skillsAbility to multitask

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree
