Can you bring a drive and passion for all things Marketing to a new career as a CRM Executive at Pendragon in Nottinghamshire?

Working within our Marketing function, you'll have a key focus on transforming our customer journey and CRM experience. You’ll plan and develop targeted campaigns, seek out new opportunities to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve our prospecting efforts.

This is a Hybrid role - details to be discussed. 

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

Planning and executing targeted CRM campaigns and journeys using data to meet customer needs and drive results Developing and enhancing automation programmes to generate leads, bookings, retention, and brand consideration Managing email campaign testing for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency, and using insights to drive ongoing improvements Scheduling and delivering campaigns effectively to maximize retention, loyalty, and opportunity Analysing CRM campaign effectiveness to optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with customer insights for campaign enhancement Ensuring responsive email campaigns across platforms, working with design teams to test new layouts, and maintaining relationships with third-party agencies

Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Solid understanding of CRM, email management systems, and IT platforms Positive, hands-on attitude with a drive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment Well organised, able to prioritise workloads, plan effectively, and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills Proficient in IT skills, including Excel and HTML design, with confidence in navigating various platforms
