Welcome to Center Parcsthe number one choice for short break holidays, employing a team of over 10,000 across Head Office and six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland.ABOUT THE ROLECRM Marketing Assistant - hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking24,100 per annumReporting to the Senior CRM Executive, you will support the CRM team in executing and analysing all on village email and SMS campaigns to increase guest revenue and create guest loyalty.You will support the execution (including email broadcasting) of direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS, assisting in the creation and deployment of on-village marketing campaigns.Other responsibilities will include:assisting in creating direct marketing campaign workflows including accurate data extracts, building emails and ensuring all campaigns are tracked correctlyreviewing and analysing the performance of all on village campaigns, working with the Senior CRM Executive to create actionable reports that provide recommendations to drive campaign effectiveness and efficiencyworking closely with our Brand and PR teams to deliver direct marketing campaigns across email and SMShelping with the implementation of a full test and learn programme for all activity to drive greater performancecollating email marketing trends and carrying out reports on competitor activity on a monthly basisExcellent communication skills will be required as you will work closely with other teams within Sales & Marketing to work on briefs, ensuring they contain sufficient information and insight required for on-time delivery of email campaigns. Excellent relationship building skills are also required as you will work collaboratively to create the best customer journey for our guests both pre and post arrival.Strong attention to detail will be required in this role, along with good numeracy and analytical skills.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility may be required.Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:Excellent organisation skillsStrong attention to detailGood numeracy and analytical skillsDemonstrable experience of working within digital marketing (CRM disciplines preferred) or degree level education in marketing and/or an analytical related subjectExtensive experience with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint requiredDesirable requirements:Good general knowledge of digital marketingB2C experience ideally within a leisure, travel or retail environmentABOUT THE BENEFITSCenter Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
