Job DescriptionAs a CRM Strategist, you will own and execute the CRM strategy across multiple brands, driving impactful customer engagement and retention. This role combines strategic segmentation with tactical campaigns, including lifecycle journeys, product launches, and promotional communications.
Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will lead the delivery of impactful campaigns that drive product growth, including tactical promotions, lifecycle journeys, product launches, and newsletters.
You’ll execute the CRM strategy across all brands, creating a seamless, integrated customer marketing agenda. Utilizing tools like Adobe Campaign and Optimove, you’ll craft multi-channel campaigns rooted in customer insights, best practices, and strategic alignment to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Leadership: Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns to boost revenue across all brands and products through impactful customer communications.Test-and-Learn Strategy: Manage a robust, data-driven testing approach across direct marketing, content personalization, and outbound customer contacts in a dynamic multichannel environment.Customer-Centric Offerings: Collaborate with product and brand teams to develop tailored offerings based on customer segmentation, value, and product insights.Action-Driven Communications: Design and deliver compelling campaigns that drive customer action, conversion, and efficient delivery.Customer Insight Integration: Partner with Brand and Product teams to adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and expectations.Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute integrated customer contact strategies that drive multi-channel revenue and increase customer wallet share.Customer Advocacy: Champion customer-centric practices to ensure the customer remains at the core of all initiatives.Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, tracking financial and behavioral metrics, and share key insights with stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with peers and teams across departments to align on customer marketing initiatives and opportunities.Database Evolution: Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the customer database as a key asset for marketing.Contact Volume Management: Oversee customer marketing contact volumes and frequency to ensure consistency and impact.Quality Assurance: Ensure all CRM communications maintain high-quality standards across the brand portfolio. #LI-RB1 #LI-OnsiteQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
