You will play a crucial role in transforming how we deliver game-changing Customer Communications for a large retail client. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing engaging and effective email marketing campaigns that directly support our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth. If this interests you, please keep reading below for more information 👇 **Responsibilities** **What you’ll be doing** + Co-create and build audience and contact strategies for win-back and welcome perks lifecycle strands using customer data, research, and insights. + Develop and implement a CRM strategy focusing on customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization. + Manage customer journey workflows, including channels such as email, direct mail, and SMS. + Lead the design, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns ensuring creativity and data-driven results. + Analyse campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. + Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CRM marketing, particularly in the retail space. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, developers, and data analysts. + Attend daily internal stand-up meetings to provide project status updates. **Qualifications** **Skills we’re looking for** + Established of experience in CRM, including email marketing for customer retention, re-engagement, and acquisition. + Experience in the retail industry is desired + Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms like Taxi & Adobe Campaign; experience with Movable Ink is a bonus. + Strong understanding of building lifecycle programs, including welcome and win-back journeys. + Comfortable presenting creative work and handling feedback. + Proven ability to build strong relationships across departments, disciplines, and stakeholder levels. + Able to deliver against client's needs while supporting the agency’s approach and agenda. **Additional information** **Digitas** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
