Your challenge
Β
As CRM Data Manager, you will be the driving force behind the quality and effectiveness of our databases. You will ensure that our systems, including Salesforce and Marketo, function optimally and that data is used strategically for marketing and sales purposes. Thanks to your analyses, forecasting and reports, we can serve our customers better and take our campaigns to the next level. You will also investigate how processes can be optimised through the use of AI.

What will you be doing?
Β
πΉ Database marketing strategy β You will develop and manage a marketing calendar with strategic maintenance and optimisation activities.
πΉ Data quality & CRM management β You will keep our databases up to date and ensure accurate, usable insights and reports.
πΉ Marketing Automation β As a Marketo superuser, you optimise and improve marketing automation campaigns in collaboration with the (digital) marketing team.
πΉ Salesforce management β You are the Salesforce superuser, draw up guidelines, train colleagues and roll out new developments.
πΉ Analysis & reporting β You will produce timely and accurate database marketing reports and help to monitor the effectiveness of data-driven campaigns.
What do you bring to the table?
Β
β A bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Maths or Data Science.
β An analytical mindset and affinity with data and commercial systems.
β Experience with Excel and Salesforce and preferably knowledge of Marketo or other marketing automation systems.
β An eye for detail, structured and strong organisational skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
β Good communication skills to train and guide internal teams.
β A proactive attitude β you see opportunities and take the initiative!
