Veralto is a $5B global leader in essential technology solutions made up of over 16,000 associates across our Water Quality and Product Identification segments all united by a powerful purpose: Safeguarding the World’s Most Vital Resources. **About the role:** The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for developing enhancing efforts for our global CRM system (Salesforce.com), supporting and leading the implementation of new features and functionalities on our Salesforce platform, manage internal requests for improvements and solve customer problems by providing a strong customer focus, applying analytical skills and being solution oriented. This position will help to implement required improvements in the system, customize and modify the system to meet our company needs and support our business processes. This position is part of the Sales Organization located in Hemet, CA and will be remote. In this role, you will: + Define project scope and document business requirements + Design technical specifications, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom coding + Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process to driving growth + Configure and customize our Salesforce platform to meet the internal customer requirements + Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows; develop solutions to integrate with Oracle + Support the global roll-out of the SFDC CPQ system + Implement ServiceMax and a software vendor specializing in data visualization, executive dashboards and self-service business intelligence products + Create test scenarios and do solution testing + Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues + Support the set up of integrations to existing business systems + Provide project management and project documentation to ensure that the organization stays within compliance guidelines **Are you qualified?** + BA or BS degree in a technically related field or equivalent technical work experience + 3+ years proven experience designing and developing effective and efficient technology solutions using Salesforce CRM application + Experience in SFDC CPQ implementation + Experience as Salesforce administrator, consultant or developer with strong knowledge of administration and configuration possibilities + Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Qlik a plus + Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.) experience a plus + Salesforce certification(s) a plus + Successful project management experience + Proven effectiveness in working with other associates in a global cross-functional team + Capability to analyze and evaluate complex business processes + High degree of independence and self-initiative + Good time management and working structure + Occasional willingness to travel (<10%) **US ONLY** **:** The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
