If you're passionate about data, systems, and engineering, and have a flair for turning concepts into reality, this is the role for you!

 

About the role:

Applying your 2-3 years of technical CRM experience to enhance client relationships. Designing and building CRM solutions that bring communication programs and campaigns to life. Collaborating with various stakeholders in a dynamic, Agile environment. Utilizing your 1-year experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM platforms. What you will bring: Minimum of 2 years in customer engagement (CE) or business engineering. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, process engineering, and analytics. A relevant certification in Salesforce and a tertiary qualification in Information Technology Bonus: Honours Degree in Information Technology or a related field. What you will be doing: Expertise in AI modeling, digital channel development, and integration. Hands-on experience in technical CRM program building. Knowledge of CX or CE journey mapping.
