ROLE AND DEPARTMENT 

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically inclined CRM Associate with a strong business analyst skill set to join our dynamic CRM team. This new role will be deeply involved in CRM and loyalty projects, supporting the implementation and adoption of CRM and the martech stack. You will collaborate cross-functionally with digital IT, digital marketing, and global marketing teams to support Coty's global brand portfolio. Reporting to the CRM Technology Director, you will drive our CRM platform strategy and ensure seamless execution across various digital touchpoints.

 

THE ROLE
 

In this role you will be responsible for:
 

CRM Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day management and optimization of CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo) Implementing and managing CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Business Analysis:

Conducting thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Translating business needs into technical requirements and working with development teams to implement solutions.

Agile Methodology:

Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including agency partners, developers, and marketers, to execute projects in an agile environment. Facilitating continuous improvement and adoption of agile best practices within the team. Experience with  project management and workflow tools including JIRA and Confluence.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilizing technical skills to configure and customize CRM platforms to meet business needs. Integrating CRM platforms with other digital tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Knowledge of APIs and webhooks a plus. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM platforms.

Digital Technology Landscape:

Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in CRM and digital marketing technologies. Identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies to enhance CRM capabilities. Supporting broader Martech stack including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr, Whatsapp, Red Ant Clienteling, Litmus, Validity.

The role is based in New York office with the possibility of a hybrid working schedule with a maximum of 50% days remote monthly.
 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in business analysis. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation and user stories.  Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and Yotpo. Understanding of consent and data privacy policies, including CCPA, CASL, GDPR Experience with Customer Data Platforms a plus. Experience with social platforms, Bazaarvoice and Sprinklr. Strong understanding of agile methodology and project management principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + bonus
