Are you a data-driven CRM Analyst? Join our Marketing team and support our Vet business here at Pets at Home.
About the Role
As a CRM Analyst, you’ll play a key role in defining, delivering and optimising customer journeys throughout the lifecycle, while using campaign analytics to enhance performance and Return On Investment (ROI).
As part of the Campaign Analytics function, you'll be instrumental in digitising processes and improving channel delivery via Email, Push notifications and SMS.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).
Key Responsibilities will include;
Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive Vet Client communications and campaign impactAnalysing marketing activity performance, providing insights and strategic recommendationsDelivering quarterly campaign reviews and complex customer journey selectionsDriving process automation, ensuring efficient, error-free executionConducting quality checks on campaign selections and ensuring strong data governanceDesigning and embedding test matrices for campaign optimisation and producing performance reportsAbout You
Experience with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Unica, Oracle)Strong analytical skills and experience with SQLExperience in CRM or service journey design/implementationAbility to manage relationships and follow structured processesKnowledge of CRM principles and retail industry experience is desirableWhy Join Us?
