The position is part of a center of excellence supporting the commercial operations of Smith & Nephew in Europe, in the areas of Business Intelligence, SFE & Sales Operations.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SalesForce.com Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy the CRM solution.
The position is based in Wroclaw Poland and is reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, also based in Wroclaw.
What will you be doing?
SalesForce Administration: Perform system administration duties such as user setup, profiles, and roles. Manage SalesForce.com data feeds and integrations. Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and other customizations.
Support and Maintenance: Provide daily support and troubleshooting assistance to SalesForce.com users. Maintain and enhance SalesForce.com applications, staying updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness through regular audits, duplicate record management, and other data quality tasks. Perform regular data loads and data migrations using tools such as Data Loader. Develop and manage data maintenance and data governance processes.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement them in SalesForce.com. Provide training and support to end-users to increase user adoption and productivity.
Project Management: Lead or participate in projects to enhance or deploy new SalesForce.com features and functionalities.
What will you need to be successful?
Have around 3-5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or Salesforce administrator (Business, financial or pricing analytics experience is a plus)Proven experience in implementing and managing SalesForce.com systems in a corporate environment.Have great communication skills to clearly convey complex information (both oral and written) and actively engages all stakeholders towards understanding of the issues, consensus, solutions and action (Fully working proficiency in English is a must)A Strong project management skills, well-organized, with an eye for detail, have excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approachPromote collaborative relationships across differing levels of management, functions, divisions and locations and have strong process excellence mindsetYou.
