Critical Facilities Manager (West Singapore) Job ID 216126 Posted 22-Apr-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data Centers Location(s) Singapore - Singapore The Critical Facilities Manager will be responsible for the engineering and maintenance of distribution systems, UPS, fire systems, monitoring systems, cabling infrastructure such as cage and rack **Job Scope** : + Overseeing all maintenance & repair contracts and is the technical lead for all escalated or technical issues pertaining to the data center. + Vendor Management in term of scope and contract liability + Ensure all FM Hard Service & Soft Service KPI and SLA set by the clients are met + Generating performance reports to clients on quarterly basis + Handle P&L, yearly budgetting and procurement + Work closely with the client FM to ensure no miss in term of the Monthly Work Orders + Advise on the MOPs, written requirements and specifications in accordance with Client HSE policies and applicable local laws and regulations + Support of Facility equipment maintenance scheduling in accordance with the O&M programme + Work closely with client on expansion or restructure of data center plan + Ensure the team achieve 100% completion rate for all assigned training by the client & company + Maintain positive client relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. + Handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required. + Leadership qualities are expected as this role will be driving the team to meet/exceed the set performance metrics and provide excellent support in the 24/7 environment. + Familiar with data center standards and methodologies to ensure that the data center's performance is in accordance to the set policies and standards.
