Job Description

We are recruiting for an important role within our Global Business Resilience Office (GBRO). Delivering the Global Crisis Management Programme, following the Global Policy and standards within Experian's Crisis Management Framework.

Why this role is important to us

This is an important role in assisting the ongoing maturity of Global Crisis Management along with using your expertise to provide Crisis Management incident response. You will also be a trusted partner to regional stakeholders including Leadership, able to advise and provide guidance on all resilience matters as part of the wider GBRO team.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

You will operate across multiple time zones in varied and diverse global teams.You will have experience of Crisis Management frameworks and / or Service Incident Management.A consultancy approach to key stakeholders, using knowledge built on previous practical experience of resilience and incident management.Previous experience of training and developing colleagues in Crisis Management.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

Aid the delivery of the best preparedness training and exercises, including post incident review and remedial action plan executionSupport the Crisis Management programme in continuous improvement methodologiesHelp deliver a consistent approach to crisis management at a regional and global levelProvide facilitation and co-ordination of crisis management teams during incidentsBe a Trusted Advisor to senior stakeholders on critical incidents, acting with discretion on sensitive mattersAssist the production of regular management information for executive audiencesProvide guidance to the first line of defence on resilience topics

More about you

You will help deliver a global crisis management programme and response capability.Demonstrate strong Stakeholder management and ability to communication at all levelsInterpret analyse and explain complex data and problems impactfullyExperience in a Fin Tech organization or Financial Services would be advantageousA sound understanding of working across cultures
