Crisis Clinician
Schedule: Sat & Sun 7a-11p Schedule for Additional 8 hours to be decided during Interview   Salary: $67,300-$71,500 / year based on licensure   The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Clinician will provide comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment and services to clients, as well as clinical oversight of work performed at the CCS program.   The CCS Clinician also: Ensures a trauma-informed environment that promotes safety and recovery. Provides psychiatric and substance use evaluation of individuals in a crisis stabilization setting. Works collaboratively with clients and their key supporters in development of a person-centered assessment, treatment plan, safety plan, relapse plan and/or any other intervention geared toward crisis stabilization and return to the community in an expeditious manner. Maintains linkages with specific community services, provide education to clients and their families, and make referrals for continuity of care. Performs warm hand offs to other services and care coordination entities. Maintains necessary documentation and records. Provides transportation to appointments and other community integration/re-integration efforts. Actively participates in supervision and staff meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
