Responsibilities include but not limited to:

GRN’s / Invoices:
Match GRN’s booked in by the branches to the relevant supplier invoice Ensure posting of expenses to correct GL accounts Review 3 way matching to ensure information is accurate and complete Ensure timeous receipt and matching of all GRN’s from branches on a weekly basis Petty Cash:
Manage and control HO petty cash Reconcile and review branch’s petty cash recon Payment requisitions and expense claims
Review requests received from branches Upload for approval and payment Management of Creditors Book (AP)
Reconcile creditors accounts on Syspro to Creditor’s statements, purchase orders, supplier invoices and GRN’s Prepare payments requests Compile relevant reports to be submitted FAAM Entertain all supplier queries Other:
Correct posting of expenses in GL accounts Liaise with suppliers if accounts require a limit increase Make sure that customer care managers are aware of unresolved supplier account issues Daily liaising with SCM & FAAM on account related issues
Requirements include:
Understanding of Creditors Knowledge of financial controls, policies and procedures Fluent in English and Afrikaans Previous experience with Syspro will be an advantage Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent Communication, administrative skills and numerical skills Planning, organising and excellent time management skills Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial when handling export documentation and financial transactions Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients is essential for success in this role Analytical Skills: Being able to analyse data, financial reports, and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulations Ethical Conduct: A strong commitment to ethical and legal practices in international trade and finance Qualifications required:
