Requirements
Senior certificate (Matric minimum) Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position Work experience on Sage Evolution or similar package will be an advantage Good telephone etiquette and bilingualism Able to work well within a team and ability to meet strict deadlines Own reliable transport Able to work under pressure and well organised Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Full Creditors function Managing creditors communication (central mailbox) Matching order and delivery notes Following up on price and quantity variances Processing of invoices Monthly reconciliations and account queries Assist with weekly and monthly supplier payments General filing and ad hoc administration Office Hours
