Credit Support - Senior Team Member

The Operations analyst will be responsible to work independently to complete specific tasks  in a process or a project. Ability to multi-task and innovate is a must.

Job Summary

As an Operations analyst you will be responsible to meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have attention for details
- Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients

Job Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have attention for details
- Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
- Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes
- Ability to work through large Excel base data and perform complex calculations
- Be an Subject Matter Expert in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
- Take part in organization's initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC's inclusive culture

Required Qualification, skills and capabilities

- 18 months to 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
- You should be open to work in shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
 

Preferred Qualification, capabilities and skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
- Highly motivated to ensure high morale during stressful times
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
