Credit & Customer Service Representative
Kohl’s is immediately hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team! This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work from home. Starting Pay $17.00-$20.00 based on experience Kohl’s associates receive great perks , such as: + Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (and more!) + 401k and Flexible Spending Accounts + Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education + Onsite wellness clinic and fitness facilities and/or gym memberships + 15% associate discount, with pop ups to 35% during associate appreciation sales Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Kohl’s team , responsible for: + Handling incoming inquiries and providing support to customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner + Identifying the needs of customers, resolving issues and finding best possible solutions including Kohl's Card, Kohls.com and Rewards inquiries + Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures + Meeting performance metrics for yourself and team, and achieving all objectives for service, productivity and quality + Communicating with customers with the goal of a first contact resolution QUALIFICATIONS Required + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Ability to understand and use multiple software applications + Ability to interact well with others in a fast-paced call center environment + Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environments + Ability to adhere to a specific call center schedule Preferred + Previous customer service or call center experience ​ Minimum Work From Home Requirements: Must have secure, high-speed internet that meets the following minimum requirements: ● Ping-150 ms or less ● Download-15 Mbps or greater ● Upload-5 Mbps or greater ● Must have a private, secure smartphone ● Must reside within one hour of (San Antonio within State of Texas) ● Must have regular access to a private, secure workspace ● Must be able to report to designated company site within (San Antonio) area as needed for required meetings or training ● Must comply with all company policies, including Remote Work, Technology, and Recording Time Worked policies ● A speed test will be required to ensure internet meets requirements Start Date (Orientation) : March 24, 2025 - 8:00am - 5:00pm Orientation will be conducted onsite at our (Call Center Facility - SAT) Training (3 weeks): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) Training will be conducted onsite at our (Call Center Facility - SAT) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ( 1 hour lunch) Apply today!
