Job Title: Credit Controller (6 month FTC)

Location: Pretoria, South Africa

About the Role:

Due to internal movement, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller used to working on a high volume ledger to join our friendly and collaborative global team providing support during a period of growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent rapport building skills, be well-organised and team spirited, as well as being very comfortable calling corporate clients by telephone.

This full time, temporary role is based in our Pretoria, South Africa office with a working pattern of 4 days in office, with Fridays working from home.

Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the work will be calling the smaller accounts to collect payment.Ensure that all debts are chased promptly, to minimise bad debt and maintain the Company cash flow position.Resolve all customer queries promptly.Liaising with the Credit control Manager to ensure that the collections procedure is adhered to & that non-paying clients are escalated.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

High volume credit control experience, essentialProficient using Excel at an intermediate level.Excellent telephone and rapport building skills.SAP, Point Global, or Salesforce experience would be an advantage.Dedicated to high standards of customer service even under high pressure, deadline driven environments.
