As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is looking for a Credit Controller (Industry not banking sector)

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? 

Job Complexity:

Managing a customer portfolio and performing regular credit processesValidating new customersReleasing ordersCash collecting and dunning procedures engaging regularly with customers based predominantly in the UK and IrelandAligning with Sales and Ops teams and regular engagement with the wider Operations teamsManaging credit limits and liaising with credit insurance companiesPerforming month-end closing and reporting along with ad-hoc analysisEngaging with customers and internal colleagues with regard to queries – both written and verbally

 

What we are looking for:

Experience in a credit control backgroundFluent business EnglishVery good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Negotiation, communication & presentation skillsAutonomous, proactive way of working under EMEA wide Policies and alignment with Legal, Insurance and Sox regulationHighly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environmentThe ability to work under pressure to deadlines working as part of a local team with significant engagement into wider teams based in the UKAbility to work additional evening and weekend hours as per busy period end requirements
