Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team.

 

As a Credit Controller you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the credit control processes to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Debt collection Credit management Document posting Filling Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained Assist with month end receipt capturing General office duties

Requirements:

Computer literate in Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure High level of financial literacy Very organized and meticulous with detail Effective communication skiils Strong interpersonal skills Work with minimum supervision 3-5 years experience in same or simular position, preferable working within FMCG environment Sound level of understanding of the major FMCG groups Matric (Essential) Preferable – Credit management diploma
