The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for a wide range of collection and customer service activities on the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely recovery of due cash, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, meeting RBDC DSO and A/R overdue objectives, as well as supporting the entire organization for stronger collection practices.
