Credit Analyst Advanced (>6 years)
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Credit Analyst Advanced ( >6 years) in Charlotte, North Carolina. The chosen candidate will be responsible for researching loan information, ensuring proper financial information is obtained from applicants, and serving as the primary loan operations contact for clients. This role operates in a hybrid work model and requires a high level of technical proficiency, including proficiency in LoanIQ and Excel. Responsibilities: • Research loan information and obtain proper financial information from applicants • Serve as the primary loan operations contact for clients, maintaining a detail oriented and courteous manner • Answer client questions and resolve problems promptly, including billing, availability, borrowing, or system update requirement related queries • Conduct post loan closing reviews of relationships, including review of loan agreements and field exams • Draft and maintain the Client Resource Guide for all assigned accounts and assist with loan onboarding • Monitor the timeliness and completeness of client collateral reporting and verify authorized signatures on reports • Advise the Credit Risk Manager of reporting inadequacies and other issues, and work with the borrower to resolve these problems under the Credit Risk Manager's direction • Review, analyze, reconcile, and post the borrowing base certificate and/or sales and collection reports and supporting documentation • Maintain an effective and regular line of communication with the Credit Risk Manager on assigned accounts and alert them to any unusual trends observed in performing routine job duties • Participate in special projects as assigned by management. Requirements • Extensive experience ( >6 years) as a Credit Analyst • Commercial Syndicated Loan experience • Proficient in Customer Service • Excellent Communication Skills • Proven Sales ability • Detail-oriented with strong Documentation skills • Proficient in Reporting • Mastery of Microsoft Excel • Proficient in Microsoft Word • Experience in Review processes • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook • Experience in Reconciliations • Experience in Billing processes • Skilled in Onboarding procedures • Familiar with Collection Processes • Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks • Strong understanding of Credit procedures • Experience in Financial Statement analysis • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint • Strong Communication Skills • Experience in Staffing procedures • Familiarity with Monitoring Tools • Comfortable interacting with C-Suite executives • Ability to handle Queries efficiently • Knowledge of Best Practices in credit analysis • Experience in Loan Administration • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
