As a Credit Analyst for TQL, you will be responsible for offering credit services to our customers. This includes setting up, increasing, and decreasing credit limits for new and existing customers. What you’ll be doing:

\n\nReview and process credit applications for new customer accounts\nCollaborate with sales representatives to collect necessary documents to approve credit for new and existing customers\nProcess and review credit limit increase requests on existing accounts using credit report information, payment trend analysis, obtaining and reviewing customer financials, marketplace information, and debt and stock ratings\nResolve customer complaints and verify select financial transactions.\nPerform proactive risk reviews on a portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with assigned teams to improve results\nResearch potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus, and other credit service

What you need:

\n\nAvailability to work a set schedule of 10-7pm.\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and work independently in an effective and positive manner\nExcellent organization skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills\nStrong independent decision-making skills\nExceptional written and verbal communication
