Credentialing Manager - Temporary Position
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate **Credentialing Manager** to join our Healthcare Facility team in **Los Angeles, CA** **on a temporary assignment.** **Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year.** **Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.** **Temporary Assignment: Around 2 months** **Physician and Nurse Practitioner Credentialing experience is a plus!** **Licensure/Certification:** + 5-7 years of experience with credentialing and privileging in a managed care, clinic, and/or non-profit healthcare setting. + Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. + Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred. + Strong experience with data queries and source verification of credentials, with familiarity in utilizing the National Provider Data Bank. + Highly skilled in data entry, data management, and the use of database management systems. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization and various communication platforms. **What you will do:** As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Credentialing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing proactive strategies to meet the credentialing and privileging needs of the organization. This position is responsible for processing all clinic credentialing and re-credentialing applications and provider enrollments. The Credentialing Manager will maintain a comprehensive database of provider information, ensure the accuracy of applications, and prepare verification letters for licensing agencies.
