Responsible for obtaining and maintaining critical credentialing data necessary for the initial and reappointment process of all practitioners to determine participatory status for the health plan thereby supporting the selection and contracting of practitioners who maintain the clinical skills and judgment necessary to deliver high quality healthcare and service excellence to all members of Providence Health Plans. Responsible for integration of current standards as required by the various regulatory agencies such as Medicare/Medicaid and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

Associate's Degree Health Information Management -OR- Bachelor's Degree Health Information Management -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Demonstrated experience functioning in a team environment with key timeliness and productivity measures.
