-Maintain artwork and due dates as assigned by the Scheduler.
-Ability to do basic design work.
-Adjust customer-supplied art to Berry specifications.
-Follow Artist instructions in graphics tracking software.
-Prepare mock-ups as needed.
-Produce color separations for printing plates.
-Produce color proofs for internal and external customers.
-Keep digital files organized according to procedures.
-Follow up on jobs that are out for approval.
-Ability to communicate well with customers.
-Take on special projects for other departments as needed.
-Basic knowledge of printing (dry offset, flexo, silkscreen).
-Consistently meet acceptable standards of quality and quantity.
-Contribute to department and corporate goals.
-Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications-Degree in Graphics Arts and/or Printing Technology or equivalent in work experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Extensive experience with Mac operating systems and associated software with emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-Color vision within normal limits.
-Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10-12 point type at a distance of 12-18 inches.
