Creative Producer

As a Creative Producer, you will play a crucial role on the Product Team. This will be done by fulfilling various design tasks and helping to manage projects. On the design side, you will help the team build out digital immersive experiences for individual projects. On the branding side, you will help evolve the StoryStudio brand identity and create marketing collateral for outreach purposes. On the management side, you help with new business development and work with our Hearst partners to maintain and continue client success. 

The majority of our design work is published in no-code platforms, like Ceros or Webflow. Our materials are created within the Adobe Creative Suite and we work daily in Wordpress. We are open to new creative solutions and will rely on your design expertise to optimize our process. 

 

Job Requirements: 

1-3 years of project management experience  Experience creating content-focused print and digital designs  Knowledge of Adobe Suite and WordPress Willing to work in new platforms - Figma, Ceros, Webflow Help source new platforms and apps to enhance our product suite UX design experience Ability to provide new solutions to product offerings  Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Create layouts and wireframes using Ceros software  Excellent project management and communication skills Ready to work in a fast-paced environment to adhere to deadlines Able to communicate effectively with clients and Hearst team members  Able to speak confidently about product offerings, services, and solutions  Interest in analytics/performance

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York or California State. The reasonable estimate, if hired is $75,000-$85,000.  Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York and California State.  If this role is open to candidates outside of these state, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location.  A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.  Hearst provides a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and paid time off, employee assistance programs, and more.
