Creative Practice in Central London is Looking for a Talented Senior Architect
About this role
An emerging and innovative practice in Central London is looking for a Senior Architect with at least 5 years qualified experience to join their team. It's for early stage, large scale residential, Hospitality and Mixed-use projects that require a talented Architect to run, develop, oversee a team, and have a voice as an integral part of the company, who also has an office overseas.

You'll come from a design-led background and have demonstrable experience leading projects and teams, with client-facing experience and intent to progress on to other managerial responsibilities. It's an award-winning and creative environment that provides an amazing opportunity for you to thrive. You may also have the opportunity to travel overseas.

This is a unique opportunity to join a studio at the top of the structure and play a key part in their growth, using their already large presence in the international market. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Oversee design development with the team and detailed design development across all RIBA stages. Strive for design excellence, continuing the high standards of the practice and get the best out of the team.  Liaise with the client and maintain good relationships for continued and repeat work.  Exhibit technical expertise across all aspects of a project.  Understanding of the design and construction process. 

Skills and Experience

Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience.  From a design-focused background and experience working on high-quality projects. ideally in various scales. Has a passion for design-lead sustainable architecture. Mixed-use / residential project experience required and hospitality experience desirable.  Demonstrable experience working through all RIBA stages. Experience liaising with high profile clients. Good working knowledge of Revit is required.  Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - Korean would be useful but not essential.
