**Job Summary:**
The Head of Creative Operations and Budget will lead the creative marketing department’s operations from ideation through production, ensuring seamless execution across all channels, including digital, instore, social media, packaging, and international markets. This role combines strategic project management expertise with financial acumen to oversee budgets, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across creative initiatives. As a key liaison between creative, marketing, and operational teams, this individual will enhance processes and enable innovative storytelling that drives business growth. This role will also oversee photoshoot planning and budgeting, ensuring creative projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
**Responsibilities:**
**Key Accountabilities Creative Operations Leadership**
• Develop and implement scalable workflows and processes for creative project management, ensuring alignment across digital, social media, stores, and international channels.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for all creative projects, mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
• Lead weekly creative status meetings, presenting updates on schedules, deliverables, and challenges while recommending actionable solutions.
**Budget Oversight**
• Build and manage the creative department’s budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure financial accountability and strategic allocation of resources.
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to optimize spending, balancing creative ambition with cost efficiency.
• Plan and manage photoshoot budgets, balancing creative needs with financial goals while ensuring transparency in costs.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
• Establish strategic partnerships with marketing, merchandising, production, and other departments to drive a cohesive and integrated creative calendar.
• Facilitate the integration of omni-channel initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across customer touch-points.
**Project and Resource Management**
• Oversee the end-to-end scheduling and execution of key creative initiatives, including photoshoots, campaigns, seasonal launches, and content creation.
• Manage postproduction processes, ensuring alignment with overall schedules and maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Mentor and inspire the creative operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive the adoption of technology-based solutions to enhance productivity, serving as a role model and advocate for process improvement.
**Education and Experience** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related roles, with a focus on omni-channel retail. Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
