Creative Operations ManagerOverviewThe Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As Creative Operations Manager you must have a passion for managing production resource planning for marketing communications and ensuring optimal efficient management of the Creative Desk capability. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills. A keen interest in identifying and implementing business improvement initiative along with ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team member
Role
•\tSupport the Creative Operations Vertical with:
•\tEnablers Management – overall responsibility to deliver on the needs of ACD regarding necessary platforms and tooling (software, hardware etc) and training needs to enable seamless, efficient and compliant project delivery
o\tContinually reassess existing and investigate and scope new enablement solutions and processes
o\tMaintain rigorous adherence of the ACD team in their use of resource management and project management platforms, such as Asana, Salesforce and Aprimo
o\tMaintain visibility on licensing allocations and budgets for software and subscriptions
o\tMaintain visibility on hardware stock and need to procure additional or new types
o\tPrimary interface with Marketing Services product regards platform enhancements
o\tUnderstand training needs and interface between ACD SME’s and training partners to fulfil
o\tChange management of any new processes as needed.
•\tVendor Management – overall responsibility to manage the vendor relationships and administrative aspect of engaging vendors.
o\tManage vendors and any required SOWs and PO requirements
o\tInterface with Sourcing as needed
o\tExplore opportunities to streamline vendors and garner favorable commercials for ACD
•\tProvide Vertical relevant data and insights to Facility lead for business management and reporting purposes
•\tBuilding effective relationships with key departments across the D&S and Mastercard business, such as Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Compliance and the broader Advisors Client Services team

•\tExperienced workflow and vendor manager
•\tProven project and account management experience
•\tExperienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce
•\tSourcing, tooling and platform experience
•\tSkilled at working under pressure
•\tBachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
•\tFluency in English required, any other language a plus
