They engage with a wide range of participants to help them to enhance physical emotional or spiritual healing. Responsibilities my include but not limited to planning and facilitating workshops as well as maintaining needed materials and supplies. Candidate must be able to relate well with participants and members of the general public with compassion and understanding. Possess the qualities associated with critical thinking problem solving and patience. Skills required include having artistic abilities creativity imagination and enthusiasm The ability to provide a trusting open kindhearted atmosphere that encourages learning and participation as well as excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills. The ability to prepare a core curriculum base which focuses on the mission of the Art & Spirituality Center is required. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience + Previous experience in a similar role preferred. + Previous experience leading group activities **Pay Range** $23.00 - $29.05 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
