This role is pivotal in defining and delivering brand design experiences and brand systems across our Wearables portfolio, ensuring our products resonate with people at scale. Your job is to bring our brand promise to life, making sure that through creativity and design, we enhance the way people understand, experience and love our products. **Required Skills:** Creative Director Responsibilities: 1. Support and execute on the design for our Wearables portfolio, including developing brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions that serve a global audience 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop holistic brand systems that drive business results 3. Help to elevate and raise the quality of design craft across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio 4. Assist in inspiring, enabling, and energizing a world-class design team, and cultivating creative that drives innovation 5. Advocate for design thinking, solutions, and consistency across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. 10+ years of experience in brand design, with a track record of creating work that's both critically acclaimed and commercially successful 7. A multidisciplinary background that includes experience in graphic design, art direction, typography, and experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite 8. Experience leading teams and collaborating with external partners, with a proven track record to negotiate design decisions and persuade stakeholders 9. Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for large-scale, global brands 10. Proven understanding of how to build and maintain brand identities, with experience within consumer-facing industries such as fashion, lifestyle, or technology 11. Experience working with hardware and product design teams to bring designs to life 12. Communication and presentation experience 13. Experience communicating complex design concepts to non-designers 14. Experience managing budgets and resources to deliver high-impact design solutions 15. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma 16. Experience using design software to create high-fidelity prototypes and presentations 17. Portfolio that showcases your design experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 18. Experience working with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI, and Voice-UI 19. Demonstrated track record of understanding design principles, current trends, and emerging technologies 20. Portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work in wearable technology 21. Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc 22.
