Role Summary: As the Creative Director, your role is crucial in shaping our creative strategy. You’ll drive the development of a compelling creative vision, guide concept creation, and set the tone for overall creative delivery. Additionally, you’ll serve as the bridge between project stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and elevating The Studio’s reputation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visionary Leadership:

-Outstanding creative judgement regardless of the medium/channel to achieve creative excellence.

-Guide creative process from concept to completion.

-Translate marketing objectives into clear strategies.

2. Creative Strategy Development:

-Create marketing strategies for company goals.

-Pushes for innovation and time savings opportunities (AI).

3. Creative Direction and Vision:

-Provides creative leadership including copy and design direction for creative brief, large initiatives or projects and new business opportunities

-Lead brand development and campaign concepts.

-Collaborate with senior design team.

-Continuously evaluate and improve the creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to stay on the forefront of innovation.

4. Brand Compliance:

-Ensure consistent brand usage across marketing collateral.

-Maintain brand integrity and evolution.

5. Strategic Collaboration:

-Consistently connects the creative approach to the business strategy.

-Align marketing strategies with business goals.

6. Quality Assurance:

-Oversee digital and print materials.

-Leads regular inspiration/education series for creatives

-Implement innovative creative strategies.

 

What you’ll bring:

· 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.

· Extensive experience in digital design and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.

· Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design.

· Excellent team management and collaboration skills.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to sell the why behind the creative and coach/mentor creatives to do the same.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Experience in regulated industries a plus.
