We have an immediate opportunity for a Creation Laboratory Technician at our Plainsboro facility. His/her mission will be to support our small-scale compounding requests for local and global Perfumers formulations. Compounding and delivering an accurate/quality end product. Maintains a clean and orderly working laboratory environment according to cGMP. Assures compliance of HS&E procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety. Accomplishes tasks by considering all areas involved, not matter how small. Shows concern for all aspects of the job. Accurately checks for processes and tasks. Excellent communication skills to foster a healthy collaboration between team members and requestors. Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of their actions. Develops and sustains productive customer relationships. Strong computer skills required to compound, check availability of raw materials, post batches, review inventory and print labels. ▪ Contributes to overall team success. Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals. Identifies inefficiencies and proposes viable solutions following Lean Management principles and guidelines.

Your key responsibilities

Compound fragrance oils for Perfumers, Fragrance Development Manager and other laboratories while adhering to delivery due dates and applying good laboratory practices Optimize the number of pours to be done manually when applicable and deliver the minimum required number of pours as defined by the Creation Laboratory Manager/Perfumer Keeps collection of raw materials fresh and ensuring all expired ones are removed while maintaining and up-to-date collection of fragrance oils related to the perfumer’s oil library Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports their colleagues under high workload situations

You bring

Previous experience in a perfumery or FMCG company strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint REQUIRED – Highschool Diploma /GED required; college degree strongly preferred.
