**Job Title: Crate Builder**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Crate Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking and a passion for creating custom packaging solutions. As a Custom Crate Builder, you will be responsible for constructing wooden crates tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Measure, cut, and assemble wooden crates according to client specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Select appropriate materials based on project requirements.
+ Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
+ Ensure all crates meet quality standards and client expectations.
+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in woodworking or carpentry.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in woodworking is a plus.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
