**Crate Builder** **Paying $24.00/ HR to $26.00 / HR** **Location: Wilsonville, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Construct wooden crates and pallets based on design specifications and customer requirements. + Using a BOM (Bill of Materials), pull and assemble all necessary components for the build; wood, extrusion, hardware, fasteners etc. + Measure, cut, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. + Inspect and test completed crates for durability and compliance with quality standards. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of crates. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols. + Perform repairs and modifications to existing crates as needed. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or construction. + Ability to read and interpret design specifications and blueprints. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. + Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. **Environment / Shift:** + Warehouse environment, machinery, and R&D rooms. + Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Competitive salary with pay and position advancement. + 100% employer paid benefit package.
