Summary:  To weigh, clean, remove meat, inspect, grade, and pack crab for sale. Responsible for timely and accurate crab processing. Key Responsibilities: + Carry baskets of product weighing up to 50 pounds to work station + Use mallet and anvil in a repetitive motion to remove the crab meat from the shell. + Inspect meat for shell and defects + Follow health and safety guidelines + Perform other duties, as assigned. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:  Required: + Experience with the utilization of food processing equipment, sanitation, and food safety Preferred: + Experience with the safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
